Choose how you want to help
Interview Coach
Run mock interviews and 1:1 coaching sessions in coding, system design or behavioral interviews, and write feedback reports that help engineers improve fast.
What you’ll do
- Run realistic mock interviews using our rubrics and formats
- Write a clear feedback report within 24 hours of each session
- Coach engineers on problem-solving, design trade-offs and communication
- Keep your question bank and calibration current with real interview trends
What we’re looking for
- Senior, staff or principal engineer, or engineering manager
- Experience interviewing candidates at a product or tech company
- Clear, kind and direct communicator in English
- At least 3 hours a week of availability
Job Support Mentor
Mentor engineers through their first months in demanding roles: ramp-up plans, weekly 1:1s, pairing where they drive, and design and code-review coaching.
What you’ll do
- Build and review 30/60/90-day ramp-up plans with each mentee
- Hold weekly 1:1s and answer the unblock channel within one business day
- Coach in pairing sessions — the mentee drives and owns the work
- Respect every mentee’s employer policies on code and confidential data
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of professional engineering experience
- Experience onboarding or mentoring engineers
- Depth in at least one major stack (e.g. TypeScript, Java, Go, Python, .NET, cloud)
- Commitment to our coach-never-substitute code of conduct

What you’ll do

- Build target maps and weekly role shortlists
- Tailor applications and outreach messages for client approval
- Report weekly on pipeline progress
What we’re looking for

Questions from coaches
Who can become a coach?
Senior, staff or principal engineers and engineering managers with real interviewing experience. Career strategists with technical recruiting backgrounds are also welcome.
How much time do I need?
As little as 3–5 hours a week. You choose your availability and the session types you offer.
How are coaches paid?
Per session or per mentee per month, at rates agreed during onboarding. Payouts are monthly.
What are the rules?
Coach, never substitute. Coaches never interview for a client, feed answers live or do a client’s work. Breaking this rule ends the partnership.
