Job support & mentoring
A senior mentor for when a new role stretches you: a ramp-up plan, weekly 1:1s and help when you get stuck — you drive, we coach.

Job support & mentoring with FortuneArcX
Landing the job is half the story. New roles often come with an unfamiliar stack, a huge codebase, high expectations and little onboarding. Job Support pairs you with a senior engineer who has been there. Together you build a 30/60/90-day ramp-up plan, meet weekly to work through what is hard, and use an unblock channel when you are stuck. In pairing sessions you drive and your mentor coaches — so you grow into the role and own your work. Everything follows your employer’s rules on code and confidential data.
This is for you if…
- You started a role above your comfort zone
- You must learn a new stack fast
- You want to pass probation with confidence

What we do — and what we never do
You attend your interviews and you do your work. We make sure you’re ready for both.
What we do
- Rewrite your resume and LinkedIn with you — every line true and something you can talk about
- Submit applications you approve and reach out to recruiters on your behalf
- Coordinate interview scheduling, reminders and follow-ups
- Run realistic mock interviews and give written feedback
- Mentor you through hard tasks once you are hired — you drive, we coach
What we never do
- Sit an interview for you, or feed you answers during one
- Do your job, write your code or attend your meetings under your name
- Invent experience, titles or degrees on your resume
- Share your employer’s code or confidential data outside the rules you work under
- Promise a job — we promise a process, effort and honest feedback
Why it works
- Ramp up faster in an unfamiliar stack
- A senior sounding board outside your team
- Grow real skills instead of hiding gaps
- Better design docs and code reviews
- Confidence through probation and first reviews
- Cancel anytime once you no longer need it

Learn moreJob support & mentoring: FAQ
Will my mentor do my work for me?
No. You do your work and stay accountable for it. Your mentor coaches, explains and reviews your thinking — that is how you actually grow into the role.
What about my employer’s confidential code?
You follow your employer’s policies. We work with concepts, sanitized examples or screen-sharing only where your employer’s rules allow it. If in doubt, we keep it abstract.
How long do clients use Job Support?
Typically 2–4 months around a new role. Plans are monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
