What we do — and what we never do
Honesty protects your career. These rules are in our Terms and every coach agrees to them.
What we do
- Rewrite your resume and LinkedIn with you — every line true and something you can talk about
- Submit applications you approve and reach out to recruiters on your behalf
- Coordinate interview scheduling, reminders and follow-ups
- Run realistic mock interviews and give written feedback
- Mentor you through hard tasks once you are hired — you drive, we coach
What we never do
- Sit an interview for you, or feed you answers during one
- Do your job, write your code or attend your meetings under your name
- Invent experience, titles or degrees on your resume
- Share your employer’s code or confidential data outside the rules you work under
- Promise a job — we promise a process, effort and honest feedback

Questions about how it works
What does FortuneArcX do?
We help software engineers get hired and succeed in the role. We build your job pipeline (resume, applications, recruiter outreach), schedule your interviews, coach you to pass them, help you negotiate, and mentor you once you start.
Do you guarantee I will get a job?
No. No honest service can guarantee an offer. We commit to a clear plan, weekly progress reports and the support in your package — and we refund any mock interview you rate as poor.
Will you do interviews or my job for me?
Never. You attend every interview and you do your own work. Proxy interviews and secretly outsourced work are fraud; they get people fired and blacklisted. We make you ready for the interview and capable in the role.
Do you apply to jobs on my behalf?
Yes, if you choose the Job Search Sprint. We shortlist roles, tailor your materials and submit applications you have approved, using only true information about you.
How does the Interview Desk work?
You get one booking link and a shared pipeline board. We coordinate times with recruiters, handle reschedules, send reminders and a prep pack before each round, and record feedback afterwards.
What is Job Support?
A monthly mentoring plan for when a new role stretches you: a 30/60/90-day ramp-up plan, a weekly 1:1, an unblock channel and pairing sessions where you drive. It follows your employer’s rules on code and data.
Who are the coaches?
Working senior and staff engineers and engineering managers who interview candidates at product companies. Each coach is vetted and rated by clients after every session.
