This Privacy Policy describes how FortuneArcX LLC. ("FortuneArcX," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website or apply to the FortuneArcX professional network.

When you apply to the network or contact us, we collect your name, email address, role, and either your uploaded resume (for applications) or the message you provide (for contact requests). Resumes are stored privately in our Supabase Storage bucket. We do not collect payment information through this website; payouts are handled through dedicated channels after onboarding.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information solely to evaluate applications, respond to inquiries, and operate the FortuneArcX network. We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party.
3. Where data is stored
Form submissions are stored in our Supabase database with row-level security policies. Access is limited to authorized personnel of FortuneArcX LLC. We retain application data for as long as your relationship with the network is active.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses only essential cookies required for functionality. We may add privacy-respecting analytics in the future and will update this policy if we do.
5. Your rights
You may request deletion or correction of your personal information at any time by emailing matteo.costa@fortunearcx.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
