Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and FortuneArcX LLC. regarding your use of the FortuneArcX website and participation in the FortuneArcX professional network.
1. Network membership
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. FortuneArcX LLC. reserves the right to accept or decline applicants at its sole discretion based on fit, capacity, and qualifications.
2. Member conduct
Members commit to professional conduct, timely delivery on accepted projects, honest representation of skills, and respect for client confidentiality. Repeated violations may result in removal from the network.
3. Payouts and fees
Specific payout splits and fee structures are communicated in writing during onboarding. FortuneArcX LLC. retains a transparent percentage of project revenue before disbursing the remainder to members within agreed timelines.
4. Non-exclusivity
Network membership is non-exclusive. Members may operate their own projects or work with other clients in parallel, provided they fulfill all commitments on projects accepted through the FortuneArcX network.
5. Intellectual property
Work product created for a client through the network belongs to that client per the project contract. FortuneArcX LLC. claims no ownership over member-created work outside the network.
6. Liability
FortuneArcX LLC. provides the network as-is. We are not liable for client disputes, project outcomes, or indirect damages. Members and clients agree to resolve disputes in good faith first.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate membership with written notice. Outstanding payouts for completed work will be honored according to existing project schedules.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to FortuneArcX LLC. Members agree to good-faith dispute resolution before pursuing other remedies.
